5 🌟 for the clinic. The app on the other hand is not the greatest. It looks cheap and tacky. Basic things like not being able to sort products by price. Is there no budget for a decent app?? Come on medicann...

Good experience just questions to answer not hard should no all asked keep you calm and enjoy the experience cos nothing bad going to happen just be yourself and tell the truth the only thing what can happen is they say no, but if you telling truth n smoke it with a vape there's nothing to lose if they say no only in the position you was in before you tryed to register give it a try what ave you to lose only to gain being legal to buy n vape you medicine !

Design/User Interface of the Medicann App has good aesthetics. I didn't find the filters worked before the update, but they're working perfectly now for me. Don't have to scroll through all the products for strains by price as now the filter works and shows all in price range you've set it to. Thanks Medicann!! Now please add more strains (ones I know are at IPS but not on the app to order) to the list then it'll be perfect. Great update though!!

I Do not understand the lower reviews, i want to take a second to say a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart, I have severe anxiety among other things the ease of use medicann has been and how understanding???? 10/10 they don't try to make money off you, it seems It's like they actually care, if you use medicann take a second to review them they actually fully deserve all the love I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY ELITE TIER AMAZING 10/10

After setting up my account and giving my medical documentation I have been logged out of the app and website and no matter how many password resets I do it won't let me log in. If I try to sign up again it tells me I already have an account and to log in. Deleted!

Poor overall experience with customer service that can only contacted via email apparently sometimes your package may be stolen within there warehouse and not make it to post office, and you must wait for 3 to 5 days while the check the cctv before they can give u refund if boots lots my prescription I would change pharmacy this a terrible way to run a so-called pharmacy of a controlled drug 4 days am still waiting for the outcome and the refuse to issue a refund until while they investigate

Developer only gives 30 mins notice to clinics before 'planned downtime'. Downtime automatically invalidates and cancels any open prescription requests, meaning the patient may miss out on any stock if the request isn't submitted immediately after the app goes back online. Hugely inconvenient when planning monthly finances. The developer should look at their moral compass and allow more notice before downtime. Taxes are not included in the request and are only added on at the point of payment.

They lie to you and say you are eligible then... close your account with no heads up and when you contact to ask for clarification or any information they just say "the decisions been made, stop contacting us!" The app is completely pointless as it'll redirect you to login using a web browser anyway. Glad I've already been accepted by another clinic while I was waiting two weeks to hear back from these slow, disrespectful and awful service providers! I'd give them zero stars if I could...
