MediJot (Your Symptom Journal) is a health journal for tracking chronic conditions and everyday symptoms - the kind of detail that's easy to forget between doctor's visits but matters a lot once you're in the room.

STRUCTURED AROUND HOW CARE ACTUALLY WORKS
- Track multiple patients (yourself, a child, a parent you care for) and multiple conditions per patient

YOUR DATA, PROTECTED
The app screen is protected against screenshots and screen recording, since this is genuinely sensitive health information. An optional encrypted cross-device backup lets you access your journal from more than one device without us ever being able to read your data.

CARE TOGETHER
Optionally share a specific patient's records with a carer or family member, so more than one person can stay on top of the same condition.

MediJot is free, supported by a small non-intrusive banner ad. Built and operated by Sentrixa Systems Ltd, a UK company.

Recent changes:
Fixed: MediJot could get stuck on a blank black screen forever after being reinstalled, with no PIN or lock screen ever appearing. Caused by Android silently restoring old encrypted data the new install could not read - this can no longer happen, and the app now recovers gracefully even if it does. Also: the app no longer waits on the ad network before showing its first screen.
