★★☆☆☆ Downloaded and tried to create an account. I added phone number in etc n I did error so it did not create account. Tried to do it again and says account already created. Tried to log in and said cannot create an account. Omg

★★☆☆☆ Cannot log in, keeps saying 'failed to create'.

★★☆☆☆ Takes ages to start the appointment, doctor was not willing to help with a simple request that follow Dept of Health guidelines.

★★☆☆☆ Received a medical certificate only to not be able to download it or print it off... There was no option anywhere to do it. I had to screenshot and covert to PDF myself. Then they tell you, you can claim the fees back on Medicare but you can't find any information that Medicare asks for. Probably better to use a telehealth service.
