This is an excellent backup device. I've been in the unfortunate position to have had to recover from the cloud before and many of the documents and photos didn't restore to the phone, and I was paying an annual fee for that 'service.' Meem on the other hand is incredibly easy to use and you can view everything you've backed up as thumbnails within the app. I have more than 4000 photos and videos on my phone and know that when I take new photos, Meem will allow me to securely back them up and keep them safe should the worst happen. The fact that it charges my phone at the same time is a bonus...and if I just want to back up the photos or videos, I can just select that category alone and do a manual rather than automatic backup. Brilliant! Thanks so much for this great device...

Dead company, firmware update (not sure where it pulls from as website dead) breaks the device and it makes you do it (no option to defer)

Tried to do a firmware update and failed and now it doesn't work just hangs on the opening screen. Shame because it used to work really well but now it is useless.
