I rented an apartment from them, and I am satisfied so far, smooth dealings, no strange practices, and they can even resolve a conflict if you have an unfriendly neighbor. Damages, complaints and more are resolved through the app, they respond quite quickly, so you don't need to be perfect in German.

I'm trying to register with my information given in the letter but the app experience is really worst throwing the message as it is from the back end. Not really kind of meaningful message. From which you identify which information you have given wrong. - And at the moment the registration is not possible - App doesn't support English since ABG whole lots' student hostels also and there are many international student so the app should also be in English
