Rechnungen für Wahlärzte, Therapeuten, Heilbehelfe und Krankentransporte einreichen (nur für Versicherte der ÖGK und BVAEB), digitale e-card verwenden, e-Card Daten und Mitversicherte anzeigen, Versicherungsdatenauszug herunterladen, Arztbesuche anzeigen – all dies bietet die App der Sozialversicherung. Sicher, mit der ID Austria.
Rechnungen einreichen Versicherte der BVAEB und der ÖGK können mit der App alle Rechnungen für die Kostenerstattung einreichen. Einfach die Funktion in der App starten, ein Foto machen oder hochladen, Dokumente aus einem Ordner hochladen, ein paar Formularfelder ausfüllen – fertig. Im Falle einer ÖGK Versicherung, lassen sich auch eingereichte Rechnungen anzeigen und Bestätigungen herunterladen.
digitale e-card (ab Android 12) Mit diesem Service haben Sie für den Ordinationsbesuch oder in der Apotheke Ihre e-card auch am Smartphone dabei.
e-Berechtigung erteilen Erteilen Sie einem Gesundheitsdiensteanbieter mit der NFC-Funktion Ihrer e-card eine e-Berechtigung. Die e-Berechtigung ist 24 Stunden gültig. Update: my card got unlinked (probably reset from their service team), I connected it again, now the app seems to be working generally. I made the update to the latest version to have the card digital. I managed to see it once. Since then I get an eror on login every time.

I am not allowed to have debugging mode on?? That is the dumbest thing ever, invest in proper developers and proper security implementation instead of choosing the easy way out and blocking me from accessing the app. Edit: After the new update they changed the policy and the USB debugging is not a problem anymore. It's always nice to see that the developers and the management team listens to the feedback of users

Perfect to upload bills. I don't know why this app has such bad ratings. For me the handy signature worked like a charm, and I can upload my bills and receipts to get my medical bills paid. So far I am very satisfied. Thanks for this app! For me, it is much more convenient to use my phone rather than my computer.

The redirect to HandySignatur login is not working. It's a blank page saying "Your login is being processed. Thank you for waiting" It ends up in Err.code. -6, domain undefined. Please fix it. Also, you don't have any other means of reporting such issues within app (e.g. contact support) so I have to do it through the play store.

Since the last update I'm not allowed to have USB Debugging enabled on my device. Why? Not even banking apps complain about this. Well, I need USB debugging more than I need this app.

With the latest updates, they have removed support for my phone. The app refuses to work and says update me, the play store says the new update is not compatible with my phone anymore. It worked well until then, and now all off a sudden they force me to buy a new android phone despite mine being fine. Horrible development practice to remove support for older android, shame.
