This app is super! I can manage my account and track orders with 2 clicks. Let me tell you these are high quality & inexpensive but for a couple. Life improving such as mens heart health, which is very inexpensive for all that it does! I love the body wash Vanilla Musk Jasmine, the NutraTherm fat burner, helping thin out my inner thighs, which is the stubborn area. We use the Tough & Tender cleaner & their disinfectant is amazing. I like the products but when it comes to using your loyalty points it is like jumping through hoops. First I have to reach like 35 to 40 points in my cart before I can use my loyalty points. To reach 35 to 40 points I am spending more money than I want to spend. Once I do check on something to use only $5 of my loyalty points then I have to add more stuff to my cart to get back up to 35 points if I want to use my loyalty points. They should be doing their loyalty points like PERCO.

At first, I was excited that Metallica finally had an app. But the app has had so many issues right from the start. The warning that pops up when you go to the cart really isn't needed until your tap on checkout and is extremely annoying when you're trying to look at the things in your cart. With the most recent update, the home screen is constantly loading with nothing to show. The app has had many other issues as well. Does anyone even test the app on various phones before releasing updates?

Not only is everything overpriced but as a member when you join you unknowingly commit to making a required minimum monthly purchase. If you do not submit an order by their designated cut off date they send you a "default order" of their choosing. This order contains NO products you have previously ordered. Cancelation is made so difficult that people give up on trying.

The app is terrible, keeps crashing and when I use the website same thing happens. Made my backup order 3x now and still get the same things I didn't want from the original "backup" order. Canceling my subscription
