I like the products but when it comes to using your loyalty points it is like jumping through hoops. First I have to reach like 35 to 40 points in my cart before I can use my loyalty points. To reach 35 to 40 points I am spending more money than I want to spend. Once I do check on something to use only $5 of my loyalty points then I have to add more stuff to my cart to get back up to 35 points if I want to use my loyalty points. They should be doing their loyalty points like PERCO.

They were nice, but most of the products were not made by them, third party. I could not pick the products I wanted. In my first over $300 worth of products. I could not use. Had artificial ingredients in the food products. I should never have ordered. The cost was way too much. I threw out over $150, because I would not use the ingredients in the food and supplements. Most of the cleaning stuff was good. The shampoos and conditioners, chapstick, were not natural. Get full ingredients.

At first, I was excited that Metallica finally had an app. But the app has had so many issues right from the start. The warning that pops up when you go to the cart really isn't needed until your tap on checkout and is extremely annoying when you're trying to look at the things in your cart. With the most recent update, the home screen is constantly loading with nothing to show. The app has had many other issues as well. Does anyone even test the app on various phones before releasing updates?

Doesn't open correctly, I must go open Metallica in a browser to order. Please fix this. Yes, I have reinstalled the app several times.
