App never opened after installing from app store. I installed new version available in playstore still same issue. Mera Events team gives standard response with out solution.

I've tried downloading for the first time. Unlike cliking yes for everything they ask. I've read the options. First one was " Accessing the app to make phone calls " which I have selected No. Second was " Giving access to photos and media " which I have selected No. Third was " Giving location access " which I have selected yes " Then the real thing starts. The app doesn't open, in fact it starts blinking. BEWARE
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
