Have contacted Mercury Electricity with emails text and phone for electricity app to make. Payments available one phone connection failed text and emails rejected. Electricity payment for 2 months not paid due to app not being available 2nd time since Mercury Power took over from Trust power. .

Really disappointing... does anyone from Mercury actually read this feedback (or care for that matter?) Notification settings are useless! You only allow "Energy usage" as you're sick & tired of getting useless quiz and rewards notifications (what for in the 1st place?) and you still get quizzed every day... What about Energy usage only is so hard to understand?

80% of the time the app doesn't work, it just comes up with a loading symbol but doesn't load. Definitely needs improvement.

Was working fine till the last 2 weeks now it won't load anything - can't pay bill or see any details - hopefully an Uninstallation and reinstall will fix.
