I'm recently disabled. I've gotten medical bills from 2 Dr offices. I'm new on Medicare too. I've gotten zero mail explaining anything on why I've gotten these bills while having both insurances. I tried calling the docs billing. They both said Mercy Care wasn't paying. Been on Mercy Care for 20 yrs, and I LOVE IT !!!! There's No way I can pay them. If I knew I'd be expected to pay... I would have stopped going to those appts. Once the bills started, I stopped both docs ☹️

I was stressing cuz I had lost my insurance card and needed to show my insurance card to my doctor, luckily this app lets you see it front and back of the card, phew, easy peazy lemon squeeze! 😁

Useless app which I uninstalled almost immediately. There appears to be no way of filing grievances via the app. The member handbook, which I attempted to view with the app, is not IN the app, it simply opened the mcp website and downloaded the handbook to my phone. It has a find a provider function, but so does the mcp website. Has an area where I can see what meds I'm on, but I don't need an app for that.

Irritated Can't sign in. Tells me to contact Health Provider. Did the same on the website. Contacted Mercy Care and was told I would get am email to reset password but never received it. What's the use of this app without ability to log in?

It was accepting my login information at first. Then it would log me out. Then it wouldn't accept my personal login information. After a year of calling Mercy care and asking for my "Evidence of Insurance" they still never sent the official document to me. Instead, they sent me some generic paper that doesn't even show effective date of coverage, and a good through date/ or ending date of coverage. They also will not send me a Welcome Packet, or a letter, / my requested doctor change.
