Description

The Merlin Ride Access Pass provides a virtual queuing experience for guests who may find it difficult to stand for long periods due to a disability or long term health condition, removing the need to wait within the main attraction queue lines and enter via a dedicated entrance.

To apply, you will need to have a valid Nimbus Disability card which determines eligibility for a Ride Access Pass.

Simply enter the details of your Nimbus Access Card in the app to register your account. Qualifying guests are then able to reserve and manage Ride Access Pass access to some of our UK Resort Theme parks.

Review edited: If anyone is receiving a message that their card is not eligible, I would recommend contacting the team at Nimbus. Any one of Level Access, urgent toilet needs, difficulty standing, or difficulty with crowds is accepted by Merlin. If your card is not being accepted, there might be an issue. Nimbus re-issued my renewal confirmation (difficulty with crowds only) and this is now working for me. Please consult Merlin RAP FAQs

App doesn't find my reservation. Lots of problems with this app. can't book a ride access pass as there are only 5 dates for April 2026 available and then nothing for the rest of the year total rubbish!!! This was for my sons birthday, and now I have one very sad and frustrated child. Absolutely disgraceful
