This is the best ride service I have ever used. The drivers are very helpful and courteous and always on time. Thank you uzurv for your help and support.

If you are able to use Mobility Services in Baltimore-MD, please request U-Serve. This is the drive share service for people with disabilities; the Lyft/Umber for those with Disabilities. Once approved you can use the App/or call directly to make reservations. Like Lyft, you see the driver and car information. Excellent service.

Convenient service, pick-ups be right on time.

At first, it was excellent. Now they have to fine a driver and when it is almost times for them to pick me up they are still looking for a driver

I notice that I can't order a ride for right now. It has to be scheduled at least 2 hours ahead of time. There's no Ride Now option like the uzurv videos were showing. Only create schedule or create a subscription. I was hoping to try uzurv out, but I need transportation many times for some outings where I can't tell what time I'll be done. I guess I'll have to stay with I hail.

The app was perfect until this latest update. I had to change this to one star because they changed the clock to set pickup time. Several times the wrong time was set when I had it for a different time. It's way too glitchy. Did they change the clock because people can't tell time? If that's the case there needs to be an option to have either or. If you can't tell time please practice.

The UZ ERV app is not allowing to put the time in when setting up for rides. The hour, minutes and AM/PM continually spins which I cannot control. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app at least 3 times so far and have let UZ ERV no of this issue too. Still not working.
