Great app and company.I wish passengers we pick up would know about the rider app. If the passengers knew about the app for riders uzurv would have more money and riders. I had a few issues with signing up but the team over uzurv is great. The longer rides need to be more money from what I see. Like 30 miles for 29 dollars when it takes u 45 mins+ to get to drop off we should also have a wait time pay while waiting for the person. there's alot of room to grow and get better. Keep up the hard work.

The app is user-friendly and easy to use. Signing up was direct, but on the road part is up and down. Pick your own rides is good, but you must be on time!! More for part-time money gig. You can only get 1–2 rides an hour because of the app algorithm!? On demand rides -if you're not close enough to the next destination, they will not give it to you!! Rides are up and down, and riders cancel a lot the night before. Customer service doesn't let you know riders cancel anymore. Check the app alot

The customer service representatives favor the riders only, and as a driver you will just become a slave to these people. You've to wait for your riders until they come to your car without extra pay for waiting. If you’re very idle or have nothing to do, apply for this job! The craziest job ever. Support will never believe you and they think you're desperate and have nothing to do. You will work well for a month from there, my friend you will suffer. Apply and you'll come to give a testimony🫣🤔

I was told that I needed to have cpr and other medical certificates to be able to drive when they only said drivers' info and car information. So I never got the chance to start. They told me that all I needed was rideshare experience and my driver information and vehicle information, and it was all false advertisement.
