Uzurv is a great company to work for in many ways especially when considering other driving apps. They care about their service and support is always helpful when needed for ride issues. There are a few downsides. Pairing metrics are not clear, and sometimes you're left guessing why you cannot get matched with many rides. I understand they need excess supply of drivers however in my market they may have too big of an excess at the moment. The algorithm likes to give you long pickups

People say that companies focus too much on bullying & controlling good workers vs providing good service. Some apps work fine the 1st few days & then it all slows up; some apps keep good workers set back, apps focus on banking which has been set; it triggers can't express interest in serving people with needs; now the trips are slowed down in some areas; you would have to travel to other regions to work because of personal petty preferences? Not good for any business; just peoples opinion 1⭐

Much better than Uber or Lyft. They pay you a thousand times better than Uber or Lyft. Operations/agents actually listen to you and assist you if there is an issue. I pray and hope to God Uzurv still continues the way they do on earnings and great customer service. Also, passengers love the service as they tell me this every other time I pick them up. No complaints. One thing I wished they did is more customizable options on the app like what map app to choose, track earnings, and other stuff.

I have just started working with UZ URV it took two months to even get started my very first ride the app took me to a street where they told me to pick up my client on the side of the road my app does not work I called them they put me on suspension for my app to start working back again now it's not working I thought I was the only one having this issue I really love doing this job, but I can't get any jobs' app don't work what are you guys doing to resolve these issues this is really ridiculous

The keep reducing the fare after dropped off, the app can't notify for new rides, when they cancel the ride during you are en route no matter how far you came frome they only give you a 3rd piece it couldn't compensate the price of the ride.

Worse company to drive for. It was great, but now there is no driver support. 30 to 35 min wait time forvthem to answer phone. Called passenger they had cancel you cant cancel on your end until support answer. 30 to 40 min that you waste sitting there and no pay.

They don't appreciate their Drivers.... Low Compensation & Less 1.00 a Mile per ride!
