Description by Merlo Coffee(from Google Play)
Earn & Redeem Points Redeem Merlo Points for free coffee, food and more. Our Friend of Merlo customers can also look forward to a complimentary birthday coffee, which can be redeemed via the App instore. Each coffee purchased instore earns 1 point, and 10 points can be redeemed for 1 free hot beverage of any size. This can be redeemed as soon as it’s earned, or saved for a future date.
Earn & Redeem Bean Dollars Bean Dollars are earned on all purchases of roasted coffee beans, instore or online. They are credits that will accrue in your account every time you purchase roasted coffee beans from a Merlo Flagship Cafe (excluding our Toowoomba locations) or online. They can then be used to purchase, or contribute towards, any product instore or online. Simply show your QR code in the App when instore ordering your coffee beans.
Recent changes: We have decided to embrace the minimalist movement and streamline our App offering. Our goal is to make it easier for you to fully enjoy our Friend of Merlo rewards program. No fluff—just simple and straightforward loyalty… with a little facelift at the same time.

Merlo has been my coffee of choice for over six years. Sure I've tried other brands but nothing comes close for flavor. LONG LIVE MERLO

Easy to locate via simple menu. Appears to have most accessed info up front which is excellent. Text sizing/background coloring also for those with glasses is good. One item could not crack was only QLD stores in the listing for stores I want to know about. I am now in northern NSW as per my set location & want the NSW stores to display.

Wish I could give this app 0 stars. It is soooooo damn frustrating !!! Will never let me log in & therefore cannot be used . Ever. That's it, I am so annoyed with Merlo in general I'm off to The Coffee Commune across the road.

Useless app. Doesn't give me a barcode or correct account details on both android or apple phones. Logging in via website, I can see correct details and points.

Extremely buggy at the moment. I have all of my details on the full website but none of them have come through to this app. No name, dob or card number. When I try to open preferences or save my name, the whole app just crashes.
