Mesafestivo

Mesa Festiva helps you organise a Spanish-style Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas lunch, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day or Three Kings' Day from start to finish — the betera way to plan a stress-free celebration. No account, no ads, works offline.

YOUR MENU IN A MINUTE
Pick the celebration, the date and the serving time, say how many adults and children are coming and whether anyone is vegetarian, vegan or has an allergy. Mesa Festiva suggests a complete menu: nibbles, a starter, a main course, sides and desserts. Change or remove any dish and everything is recalculated instantly — betera planning, zero guesswork.

100 SPANISH CHRISTMAS RECIPES
Roast lamb, suckling pig, baked sea bream, bacalao al pil pil, garlic prawns, croquetas, Catalan Christmas soup, homemade turrón, polvorones, roscón de Reyes and many more. Every recipe has ingredients, steps, timings, difficulty and diet and allergen labels, and nearly all come with a photo of the dish. Quantities adjust to the number of people, and you can follow each recipe step by step.

AN AUTOMATIC SHOPPING LIST
Ingredients from every dish are added up and grouped by supermarket aisle. Tick off what you've bought, filter what's left and add anything else: napkins, ice, candles… It also works out how much water, soft drinks and other drinks you need — a betera shopping list that writes itself.

A COOKING PLAN THAT WORKS BACKWARDS
Tell us when you're serving and we'll tell you when to start each task: what to make days ahead, what to leave ready the day before, when to preheat the oven and when to plate up. If two dishes need the oven at different temperatures at the same time, you'll get a warning and can adjust the schedule automatically.

GUESTS AND ALLERGIES
Add your guests and their preferences. If a dish doesn't suit someone, the menu shows it along with an alternative. Warnings are a guide only: always check product labels.

COUNTDOWN AND REMINDERS
The home screen shows how long is left, how the shopping is going and what's next. If you like, turn on cooking, shopping and countdown reminders. Only useful alerts, never advertising.
