The app worked fine before the latest update (Feb. 27 2020). I can't get passed the policy menu to check my info. Update: fixed with March 3 update, cheers.

No push notifications! What is the point on having such an expensive alarm system if the app that goes with it is so bad. If you don't have your phone in your hand with the app open and the screen unlocked you won't see the notifications. Someone tried to steal my bike and triggered my alarm and I didn't get any notification from the app, I just saw the 'event' on the app the morning after when I opened it. If someone manages to move my bike SOC will call me, but that may be too late. What a joke!

I haven't been able to get into the app for about six months. I've changed and verified passwords a few times but when I try and open it it says authorization error . I have no number to ring for help to fix it

I have an android phone and to be honest it's rubbish! Takes on average 5 times to be able to enter the pin # (when it is working) and the rest of the time I just get the circle of doom and not able to log in! Pointless app for something that cost a fortune to buy & install in the vehicle! Please sort the android version out! 🙏
