The app tracking is very useful to gauge your driving. Your journey score reflects hard cornering, braking and acceleration. It can be turned off from the app if you don't want 'evidence' although Google tracks you anyway! The immobilizer I rarely use but the slight inconvenience is less than if the car has gone. The control center is alerted if the fob isn't in the car when the engine is running, and they will call you. The customer care is excellent and very helpful.

Easy to use. Checking your vehicle is imobilized is easy with the app. I can check my vehicles' battery voltage if l am away from it for any length of time. Map in app shows position. Very happy with MetaTrak plus.

What a disgraceful product 😞, the app has never worked for me since buying the tracker. Location of my vehicle is incorrect and I can never disable the immobilizer. Ive called up customer service numerous times and every time same excuse, network issue etc. last night my car started without the tag which was actually very scary. What am I actually paying for? Do not buy the meta tracker stick to ghost, thank me later.

This app and tracker is making owning my car a disappointing experience. No Wi-Fi=no app opening up=unable to set immobilizer. When you can set the immobilizer, half the time it doesn't work! When it does work, a lot of the time it won't unset which results in the car being put into safe mode, which in turn means you have to use the emergency unblock feature. I definitely would not recommend Metatrak tracker or the app.

This app is poor compared with the old app. It has been cut down too much and Meta Trak should rework it. The map often doesn't load, so you have to exit and start again. I'm not confident that it accepts commands as it should. The old app sadly no longer works BUT I logged in via the Meta Trak website, and lo & behold it renders a dashboard which has an interface similar to the old app, and with much more functionality than the new one. Come on Meta Trak, review the "Plus" app and get it right.
