The app is despicable, hopeless and the most useless App in the universe, designer defrauded SLTV with incomplete work. You are expected to log in without signing in. How is it possible when you are not signed in? You cause customers to unger go trauma worrying about your App. Pay a good software designer to do a better job and discard this one

SLTV Metro digital is gradually becoming a disgrace. Live matches are behind and often cut off abruptly due to bad signals and are replaced with old matches without making efforts to fix the situation and restore the game. Made payment for subscription using paystack-titan, money debited and receipts sent, but they refused to restore viewing. Their customer service is completely non-existent.

Your customer service is really poor and needs to be questioned. I have had issue with my decoder for more than 2 weeks now rather than address my issue or advise on how to handle my issue. Your team keep tossing me around from the customer service to the tech team and to your agents. Your agent established that there is no usb bootable file which your tech support is not even certain about. Now I was advised to buy another decoder only to be told that my 2 months subscription will be lost. 😭

The app is not automated you subscribed or recharge and still have to call agent to info them to reconnect you and mostly weekend is out of it and nighttime equally you can't reach customer care am just manging to cope with if not I throw my decoder far away from sight your customers services is zero
