Purely useless. You will never be able to log in. They have no customer support, the phone number are always turned off. You will never be able to renew your subscription. A big waste of money.

It's unfortunate you can't even resolved numerous complaints about this redundant app of yours and good for nothing, To recharge has become a problem, without accepting recharge, how do you survive ??, Right now your app couldn't allow me to recharge my SLTv, Your dealers are not picking their calls to assist recharge either, Wake up, !!!!!

The app is not automated you subscribed or recharge and still have to call agent to info them to reconnect you and mostly weekend is out of it and nighttime equally you can't reach customer care am just manging to cope with if not I throw my decoder far away from sight your customers services is zero
