I have been a customer from the start (10+ years) & Metro fun has never been better. Great new bikes, electric & regular, so much easier to unlock /return, great availability, more stations than in the past & fab customer service if there ever is a problem - efficient, friendly, problem-solving & immediate refunds when needed.

The customer support is superb and very friendly. They were able to troubleshoot any difficulties I had with ease.

Customer Service is very responsive. I had a problem on Shabbat, sent a message, and customer service handled it promptly the next day.

Was unable to unlock bike because the app decided that I am on different station

Not clear on how to delete your credit card. There isn't navigation process in the application. The bicycle is so damn heavy. To do up with bicycle, so heavy is a nightmare.
★☆☆☆☆Elad· Jul 27, 2022
Terrible app. It's clear whoever translated it to English doesn't actually speak English. The bikes themselves are heavy, have bad breaks, jerky acceleration, and bad ride quality overall. Next time I'll take the bus.
