I don't know why this has a 1.3* rating. It's worked perfectly every time for me (and pretty reasonable at 59p a kWh with a free Monster energy). The only improvement is that the live update of information can take a while - so I tend to check on the side of the machine instead.

I initially had issues receiving the OTP code via SMS, despite trying all the suggested fixes. But yesterday I went to a charger and tried again, and managed to create an account! So successfully charged and very happy with the App and the charging experience at MFG Darlington. Looking forward to using MFG as much as possible over the summer!

Not once has it worked with the MFG card they sent me when I go to charge my car. I always have to put my debit card in, and then I'm automatically debited £40 before I've even used charging station. So not happy with the follow-up of being told that their card will make it easier. It does not just frustrate the hell out of me.

Denies that there is a car wash at my local mfg. I don't want to charge my car, it needs washing, and it won't let me.

Awful. Just as bad as the quality of their chargers..... note to devs, the callback from the bank verification is misconfigured, so that you can't register a bank card with the app. Went to a grid serve charger instead. They work
