Maps don't load. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. All S/W up to date. Reloaded rebooted - no luck. Still works on Apple iPhone 12. App reports "robot vacuum cleaner not reporting correctly, please check the robot vacuum cleaner". Update: Dec 29 2021 Maps now load properly after the update. Thanks.

Overall did a good job for single mapping however two feedback notes first please allow an icon location for home base secondly when an error F1 F5 F4 Wheels unbalanced has occurred allow the vacuum to track its current location on the map instead of starting a new mapping somewhere weirdly around the map as starting point with no clue where home is and destroying the current map

After the update, app was working fine, but there was a connection problem between vacuumed and the app. Few days later, robot vacuumed also received a long waited update that finally fixed all problems mentioned below by other reviewers. The connection between the app and the robot vacuum is stable and remains stable after three days of testing!

Terrible. Cannot connect whatsoever the scout with the Wi-Fi. Did everything as instructed but still no result.

I bought the robot two weeks ago, and would say that this is the worst experience I've ever had with Miele products. I have a regular vacuum cleaner, and it's fabulous, and I thought Miele robot will be the same, but it isn't. The App is real disaster, hard to connect to it, maps not loading, constant errors that the robot is not connected when it's on. So the overall software user experience is poor. Pros: very good attention to product details such as the dust bin. I Don't recommend it.

The map feature does not save maps. I hit save and it immediately disappears. Extremely disappointing given the map was a key selling feature of this vacuum.
