Using MiKenko App one can book an appointment either “In-person” or “Video”, make the payment of consulting fees through online and attend the consultation with the Doctor either physically at the clinic if it is an “In-person” appointment or over the inbuilt video calling if it is a “Video” appointment. Instant/Urgent appointment can also be booked for emergency consultation.


How does it work?
In order to book doctor appointments, all you need to do is download the MiKenko app, register yourself, complete your basic profile information and you can immediately start booking appointments.

When are doctors available?
One can book the appointment during the doctor’s scheduled slots either “In-person” or “Video Call”. One can choose to book the appointment with the doctors who are online for any emergency consultation.

How much do visits cost?
MiKenko App is open to everyone. You can see exactly how much your consultation will cost before you book / consult the doctor. There are NO monthly fees.

Can my other family members use this too?
One can have a group created for Dependent Family members(who do not have individual phone numbers) and Independent Family members(who have individual phone number). Medical records will be stored individually but with a collective view.

Upcoming Features:
On completion of consultation, the doctor will complete the call and give his prescription which will show up in the customer/patient portal. The customer can forward the prescription to the empaneled pharmacy store nearby for home delivery on payment which is external to this app.

Similarly, if the doctor recommends a lab test, that prescription can be forwarded to the nearby Labs for home collection of samples and the reports will be uploaded by the Labs which will show up on the customer/patient portal. These reports can be viewed by the Doctor when the patient goes for follow -up.
