Paid extra for a monitor with no subscription. Now everything is locked behind a pay wall and forced to update when the old version still had all the available services.

Innovative Health Monitoring destroyed this product. What was once a fantastic camera and monitoring system. Became a useless, broken, cash grab of an app. I purchased this nearly $300 camera for its monitoring features, now has become a glorified baby monitor worth $100 at best. On top of the nearly $300 price tag, there is now a $10 month membership fee. Since IHM took over, the app never stops crashing. (This was never an issue) My app is in a constant state of "Connecting securely to Miku."
