I have used this app for almost 10 years now, and it is a wonderful experience. The only issue is that not all bases receive emails, and I have to show my app archive to prove my sign-up date. Unfortunately, I was told I had to sign up at the moment once in Norfolk because they did not have an official email in their system. I missed the opportunity to fly That day as a result. How Can this be avoided in the future???

I just used this app to register for my next space a trip. Every time I open it the birthdate is empty and take a long time to get to 1947 to reset the date. Also, when I used it I got a blank copy with only the email addresses showing. I work in a place where I tell a lot of military active and retired about this app. This is the first issue I have found. Still enjoy it and will keep using it. Also, would be nice to be able to print after sign up.😊

Tried to use the reference section and nothing would open! I allowed all in app settings, location etc. Still isn't working. The app doesn't seem useful if you're new to space A flying and have no clue what to do. Would recommend a beginners section aka tips and useful information which is what I was hoping the reference section would provide. Unfortunately I was not able to access it so in terms of being helpful it's a 1 star since I wasn't able to use it.
