Legitimately the worst airline app experience. I have never had to click through so much and re-check in so much to view my boarding passes that are not even visible until a few hours before flight. For a supposedly higher experience, this app is a disgrace

Slow and Clunky - it was a nightmare just to check in for my flight. Too may re-directs, loosing screens halfway through and had to restart

The app is pretty bad. Scan passport, app says it has it. Try to check in, app says need passport, what? I continue, finally seems to let me check in. still not sure
