Wow I was not expecting such a good app for an airline. I had to change a booking several times last minute and the app handled everything. No need to try and call into a busy call center to explain everything 2x or 3x time. I was able to change my booking in-flight in less than 5 min! Also, the way the app is designed with the flow of all the connections and transit and transfer times, really smart. Well done United for such a good app.

Horrible ... Delta, American and Southwest much much much better. United restricts your basic options, no carry on unless you pay each way. Delta Air Lines American Airlines all allow one free carry on stowed above. Not United you must pay. United MAKES you save your credit card just in case they have to charge you for something. You won't know until after they charge you. RUN RUN RUN from United.

I don't understand why you have to pay for baggage 2 times on a round-trip flight or why I was boarded onto a plane that was leaking oil. I think I will be using another airline the next time I fly delta didn't overcharge for 1 suitcase...

@United I strongly disagree with your mandatory requirement to store a cc in the app in order to check in. There is too much abuse, greed, and misuse that I've experienced and witnessed by your employees overcharging customers cards without them being informed as a courtesy. Employees charged me without my knowing 75.00 for a baby car seat that was going on the plane for a childs use. Having the cc for the employees to take someone's money is too much control on their end. Make it optional please
