Not frequent flyer, don't use app that often, but seems to do the job. Great to be able to check in early, purchase addt'l bag(s) for check-in if/when needed. Shud be able to request senior/disabled assistance from app as well

Why all the bs just to find the boarding pass? Every other airline makes this super easy, but this is counterintuitive to find, like they let a bunch of morons design it. It should be no more than two obvious steps to get your boarding pass. Ti nap the flight, agree to the FAA BS and boom boarding pass, like every other airline does. Fire everyone who made the decision to do it this way, way too much middle management, clearly.

Useless. The app doesn't work. You can't select refundable flights. And on the website you can't choose return flights with refundable options. And you can't choose refundable flights and rent a car at the same time. Wait time for agents is 30 - 40 minutes. Utter waste of time!
