Brilliant app... Need to download whole app, and it isn't free.... So worth the money... So clear... Personally used in tandom with book but don't have too... Best conclusive app regarding Mindfulness, step by step app that work building up towards then end and on going.... Highly recommend....

A great way to learn to meditate, although I did expect to have Mark Williams' video explain things as in the intro, each week. It has really boosted my desire to meditate and uses clear, simple, non-mystical instructions, which I really appreciate. When I launch the app, I get a plain white screen and have to back out to get to the start screen.

The meditations are structured well helping you to gain an understanding of and a great start in making mindfulness a part of your life. As an arch-skeptic of all things esoteric and metaphysical I would at one time have avoided anything that I thought was perhaps mumbo-jumbo, but this really isn't like that, it's based in science and requires you to believe nothing, just to do the meditations and not even worry about doing it wrong! It really helps. The interface is a little clunky but still 5*

I purchased this app as it was more convenient for accessing the audio exercises than via the Kindle e-book which I had also purchased. I did have an issue with the app which took the support team a while to respond to, hence 4 stars.

Limited free sample: you have to pay you get the full content. Not worth it if you already have the book and meditations, which can be downloaded for free.

I bought the book and thought it would be easier to spend the extra £4 to get the app so that I could have the meditations on my phone. It worked for a couple of weeks, although it was a bit glitchy, but it now seems to have now frozen. No matter where I press on the screen nothing happens. Is this due to the last android update or is this app no longer supported since the update.
