I love this app, and I am finding it very useful in coping with post-natal depression. I love how the app allows you to schedule mood lifting activities right into your calendar. I find all the suggestions very helpful - in a time when mind is foggy & it isn't always easy for me to come up with mood lifting ideas on my own. After a few days use though, I am finding the app a little bit glitchy and not allowing me scroll down to see my log of activities beyond the initial display screen.

The meditation tracks don't always work. I was expecting some guided yoga and meditation activities but couldn't find these. Has potential, needs some work

It's very confusing, needs to meet the needs for most mums and more tutorials, so we can understand it better and know how to use it

The app could be good if would work. When I try to process my thoughts and solve a problem the next button suddenly disappear, so I can't go ahead and solve the problem which is frustrating as the whole point of the app is this. Can't use it
