I love MINDTRX. I usually listen to one every day. It helps me to be focused and achieve the goals I set for myself. It is actually very calming and soothing laying down at night, right before falling asleep. I have also used the new Soundscapes at work instead of listening to a Podcast. I do NOT NOT NOT want to update an app at 20 minutes to midnight!!!??? Please remove that button that cover my whole screen! And refuse to go away unless I click on it! I do NOT NOT NOT have time to update the app when I have only enough time to listen to the trx before our electricity is put off for 2- 4 hours! Please get rid of that button. Please stop INSISTING that I update! This is NOT NOT NOT a banking app!!!! The updates fix NOTHING so just stop BULLYING me into updating!

Customer service sucks. I subscribed with 12 dollar but I can't get access to these paraliminals. I have sent out 4 emails but with the same autoresponder answer that according to their system I have sign up with Google and I must log in with that. I did that ...but no success. I have even uninstall this app and install it again. I asked for a refund then the same autoresponder message. Does anyone read my emails? All my audio on Munetrix remain closed even though I paid. Can someone help me. David Snam

WORTHLESS! I have tried to access this app several times this week without any success. When I attempted a login, I received a message that said I already had a password - impossible, as this was my first attempt at downloading the app. I attempted a "forgot password" reset and the 4-digit code they sent wouldn't work. I attempted another password reset - same result.

I looked around in the free version of this app, and I was very excited that I'd get to use it. When I later tried to open it I couldn't. It's stuck & won't get past a loading page that is blank. I've opened and closed it countless times and deleted it 4 times and reinstalled it each time, but still it won't fully load & stays blank white. I know I'll love ❤️ this once I use it. I used to use parasitical cassettes about 40 years ago and found them wonderfully useful. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.
