★★★★★ "Samsung Galaxy 10E" I used this App. Worked very quickly and easy. No issues. It did rearrange all my Gallery. It put everything in order, PLUS. I have yet to try to retrieve anything from backup. But I did check everything seems to be there.

★★★★★ Had left a 1-star review, but tried the help chat one last time. I got a nice guy willing to try. He actually listened! Anyway, long story short, it's a fault with the mo disk app and some android phones. Solutions are get your provider to turn OTG setting on as its disabled on some phones. OR, use the click free app instead. IT WORKED! Thanks helpful guy!

★★☆☆☆ The app does not work! So I Formatted the DataLogix and now works as a normal storage device.

★★☆☆☆ I bought a mo disk from QVC in the sumner and have still to get this damn thing to back up anything from my phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I would like to rate this device a big fat ZERO, but zero was not choice. I absolutely HATE this device. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

★★☆☆☆ Do not buy this device or download this app. The app is useless Keeps telling me to reconnect the usb storage. When I reconnect I get the same message again. Needless to say I will be sending this back to qvc....
