Worst bank. This bank left me homeless abroad because they are not accepted swift to my account which I used 3 years almost without problem. But this issue happened 3 times, support can't help and explain something. The same source, same AMERICAN BANK, same account, same everything for 3 years, and they're acted like this. I'm a man with money but tomorrow I don't have money for a hotel or food because of uneducated people in this bank.

Imagine a banking app even though you sign in with the trusted device countless times, but it still asks you to turn on cellular data to sign in. 1-2 times that's okay but every time I try to sign in this happens. And also the app says you're device recorded as safe after each login, nothing happens. But hey, they updated the UI which is a lot worse than before so no surprise about sign in problem I guess.

Does not work with Wi-Fi. Begs for cellular data every time. No need to justify this practice. They also added a referral phone number to app without my knowledge or approval, I don't even know the number and have never been involved in any of these and can not delete or change this. Suspecting someone in Konyaaltı/Antalya branch doing this referral scam, employee in 2018.

Does only work on cellular data. It says to turn of the wi-fi just for once but asks to use cellular data every time, and I can't process because of weak gsm signal because the app won't work with wi'fi connection. Considering changing my bank.

Was renewed some days ago... I don't understood why, it seems it was unnecessary, 1 week earlier it was a great application and easy for understanding, but now it is absolutely awful, I closed some of my accounts and think I will use another bank, because I don't understand what I need to do here :(
