Used to work now it's giving me late transactions and not telling me the details of when I purchased things. It's giving me transactions from 1969! It's 2021! Is this a glitch?

I had difficulty setting it up because evidently my password was too long, the bank couldn't help me, after finally getting it set up, thank goodness that I didn't lock my card because it locked me out, and I can't get the reset tokens. I'm done with this app.
