Don't have permission to login mobile device

I've never been able to use this App at all. It keeps saying I'm not allowed to log in mobile or something like that. I can use the website just fine. I called customer support for the app, but I didn't get any help. They did help me with the website though and my wait was pretty short. I am rating the app only here. It has never worked, and I've been locked out before I ever used it.
