Extremely satisfying experience using this bike riding app in the city of Mechelen over the past year. Recently though more and more bikes are having issues with tires and brakes. Also, please fix the sharing with friends functionality on the app.

Very steep deposit They charge 29 euros as minimum deposit and that isn't even usable as credit. This is insane for a ride-sharing app. Service itself was okay, app feels slow and outdated but the bike worked and (un)locked easily

Poor service during festivals, bikes are padlocked by the last rider but mobit still charges for selecting the bike. €20 for 2 hours of cycling

My girlfriend and I just tried to use your bikes, and we had an awful experience. We spent over an hour trying to get them to work. The bikes never unlocked for my girlfriend. We thought it might be an issue with her cellphone service, so we took one bike back to our Airbnb, got on the Wi-Fi and tried again. Still no luck, and then I got charged an extra 10 euros for ending the trip away from a station. So I'm down 20 euros and my gf is out 32 euros without even getting rides. Refunds were denied.
