Everything is working well, I never had any problems. I see many people from abroad complaining they cannot register - I understand those complaints because app never states that it is intended for people living in Poland, not for tourists.

Useless for travelers. The application demands a phone number, but throws an error when a foreign number provided. No warnings in advance.

Great concept, but not good for tourists. The app is only in Polish. We wanted to buy a 30-day transit pass; it required SMS verification, but I never received the message on two different US numbers that I tried.

Simply dent work from this morning. "Network error". Thus - no chance to enter metro! Highly not recommended!

Wasted ~50 minutes trying to find out how to buy a long term ticket for a plastic card I have on hands - online. I used to do it in the past for sure. It seems like its generally impossible now - both in the browser or through this app. And using new in-app account is scary due to all those 'positive' comments around. Sad. Back to 'ticketomats' I go. NOTE: This is an issue partially because it's not obvious that linking plastic card is not an option! I wasted time for creating unneeded account

I logged in to enter the metro, and my tickets section was greyed out; I had to buy another ticket to travel - really disappointed 😞
