Impossible to choose 'work' as a possible commute destination. Can't name saved locations, so have to choose from a list of "unknown place". Having entered the arrival and departure times for locations at both ends of a journey leg, I still have to figure out and enter how long the already-defined journey has taken. Half-baked app.

This is a good example of how not to make an app. Confusing interface, instruction videos are useless, no real guidance within the app. I eventually worked out how to use it by trial and error and even when you know what to do it's clunky and difficult. Surprise this is the app Oxford council have elected to use to monitor transport. They probably paid out a lot for it, and I'd be amazed if they get any useful data back. 0/10 would not spend my £220 per month council tax on it again.
