- Very bad and unresponsive support: I made a transaction to another bank account, the transaction failed and there is no transparency, I could not know why it failed, I contacted their support team, but they do not even respond. - High monthly fees. - If you receive EUR amounts they convert them to USD at their own conversion rates. If you are seeing this Monaco team, please make your support team responsive, my report ticket is hanging in the app with no response.

NOT A BANK BUT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS you will lose your money. Support team is so bad, if I could rate this with 0 star I would've done it. No usd ach account as they say, but only euro iban, when you receive money to iban they convert it to usd automatically under their conversion rate and when you transfer to euro account it will be converted from that usd balance under their rate, no separated euro balance. They deduct $1 on every transfer and benefits from converting under their "marker rate"
