Easy for daily use. Cards are better than revolut cards since revolut card was never accepted in flights, and it's Wi-Fi tap feature stopped working after a few months. And money base free trades was🎉. Great app and fast customer service.

A terrible tech support. It clearly says activation process takes maximum of 24 hours and no support is helpful. I called, emailed and sent to tech support and the answer is always same. Sit and wait. I sat and waited. And what they did? They closed my account. If you value your time and money, seek other apps.

I had the worst experience with the account.... they are absolutely unprofessional.... the will close your account for no damn reason and possible hold your money... please don't use this account called money base ... they are a bunch of scammers and unprofessional... they will only steal your personal data for their selfish interest.

This is SCAM ! They only collect personal datas and never open any account. Very impolite and unhelpful support from India, onboarding is a nightmare taking few days to read a utility bill to open account and refuse to open and also REFUSE TO DELETE MY PERSONAL DATA AT MY REQUEST (AGAINST EU/EEA BANKING LOWS) ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEO BANK ! GOOGLE PLEASE DELIST THIS SCAMMY APP FROM PLAY ! At the end whas tolerate my aditude to ask A MALTESE SUPPORT INSTEAD OF INDIANS SUPPORT ?
