App stopped sending notifications when alarm is armed disarmed. App only connects to the alarm system when it wants to. Inconsistent performance App performance has improved, downtime is less frequent.

Great app. Sometimes lagging. For emergency needs to change from entering app to double press on phone on button to activate alarm. In emergency situation you will not have time to open app first. Please change this. This change will make the app 5 star worth.

Update on my ONE-STAR RATING: A few changes made to the APP. The app is working great. The problem with connection is the radio inside the house that looses connection and is giving the app a bad name. App works great if the transmitter in the house is working.

Works but stopped working. If it allowed you to log in, it just says establishing connection nad never goes further than that. Thus, not working. Also, frequently kick you out completely where you need go contact HO to allowed you to log in again. Or wait for them to reboot to work again.

The latest version of this app Nov 2024 is full of bugs. App does not connect 90 % of the time, hangs, freezez, wrong info etc.!. I have been struggling for years to get it working. It worked reasonably well for a while after a simple antenna upgrade solved my connection problem, so yes if your technicians were better trained I would not have to tell them how to do their job?! Seriously? I am all for new updates that make apps better but please test them before passing the buck to customers.
