I love the app but wish it didn't require me to be on a network to use it. I enjoy tracking my mood typically when I'm having moments of quiet to myself and I don't always have access to the net to do so.

Great tool to add into your arsenal of stress management strategies. Four separate quadrants, with additional information for every emotion you can choose helps identify what you're feeling on the day. Being able to record and look back on each entry is great. A quote is given every you choose to shift your emotions. Would definitely recommend.

I would love notifications to remind me to record my mood - I literally forgot about this app for 2 weeks, I need those notifications! Also, the "guides" section of the app does not work - every time I press on a guide, it appears to load for 2 seconds then does nothing. The fact that this app was last updated in January 2020 tells me this app has been abandoned, which is unfortunate because I would use it if it continued to have support.

The "shift your mood" button gives shallow, unhelpful advice. I can't 'watch a funny movie' if I'm stressed because of a tight schedule. The alternative is to tell the app I 'want to stay' in a bad mood, which isn't ever true. Maybe add a "skip" option?
