★★★★★ I have enjoyed using this app, I really feel like I am learning to understand my emotional reactions, I like the suggestions they give to shift your mood.

★★★★★ Great tool to add into your arsenal of stress management strategies. Four separate quadrants, with additional information for every emotion you can choose helps identify what you're feeling on the day. Being able to record and look back on each entry is great. A quote is given every you choose to shift your emotions. Would definitely recommend.

★★★★★ For such a low price I've found an easy-to-use mood tracking app that allows me to keep track of times and mood levels and helps me put names to my emotions and that alone makes them feel more manageable.

★★☆☆☆ The "shift your mood" button gives shallow, unhelpful advice. I can't 'watch a funny movie' if I'm stressed because of a tight schedule. The alternative is to tell the app I 'want to stay' in a bad mood, which isn't ever true. Maybe add a "skip" option?

★★☆☆☆ I would love notifications to remind me to record my mood - I literally forgot about this app for 2 weeks, I need those notifications! Also, the "guides" section of the app does not work - every time I press on a guide, it appears to load for 2 seconds then does nothing. The fact that this app was last updated in January 2020 tells me this app has been abandoned, which is unfortunate because I would use it if it continued to have support.
