A more nuanced mood tracking app, it asks questions to help reflect properly on my feelings. It's easy it is to use and quick to check in. It doesn't 'punish' me for missing a day and reminders are unintrusive (just checked in 22hrs after the notification). I have anxiety and mood prism helps me 'catch it in the act'. I can see how different people and activities make me feel at the time. Within a holistic treatment plan I'm developing insight about anxiety triggers and reducing them.

Buggy. I haven't been able to do a survey for 3 days, constantly saying it's not ready. There's no support either, all the support send you to lifeline, which is really important, but some tech help would be nice.

Overall an unpleasant experience. There are better and free alternatives out there. For example the last question "has anything happened to you since you last responded" when trying to describe something else the app does not register the input, and a "questions not answered" pop-up prevents me from progressing. Such kind of simply bugs should have been fixed...

There is no place to enable notifications for the app, appears to have no notifications possible in the phone settings. I am unable to look at a previous month of data. The emotions/feelings circle does not display the bottom half.
