Moon scootes are reliable and lots of fun me and my boyfriend ride ours dayly. Customer service is good. Maurie is one of the co-founders and has always been real quick and responsive to me and my boyfriends txt messages. We have been renting from them for 2 years now we have only had to trade my boyfriends scooter inn one time in two years, and it was very easy and quick process to do we just sent them a text, and he got a call to set up a day n time to go trade out scooters, and he was done.
