Pretty easy and straightforward for buying parking tickets in Taranto. Haven't tried buying anything else though.

Works every time. The app makes travel for foreigners very easy. Other transportation apps in Rome don't work as well so kudos to this company for making it happen. I can easily buy a ticket in my phone and swipe with QR code. I don't stand in line at ticket machines. The only problem I've encountered is coming out of the wrong entry point and my second attempt to enter the correct location at the same station was rejected. An attendant helped me in. Other than that, it's been on point every time.

I found 2 problems with this App. 1. I paid for parking with this App and then the local police booked my car. That Commune (Paley) obviously did not recognize my payment to Mooney Go. Once I had received the penalty, Mooney Go was not able to fix the problem. And Commune di Paley refused to answer my emails. So I paid for parking with Mooney Go, and then I had to pay the parking penalty (€50+). 2. A second time, I found Mooney Go had different prices for parking compared to the parking meter.

App is absolute Trash. I tried several times to buy metro tickets in Rome, but it keeps giving me a ticket that has a qr code only valid for trains. In the process of buying you have to choose whether you want to use train, metro or bus. But even choosing metro does not give you always a metro ticket. It worked the first two times but after that it has never worked again.
