Edit: Support got in touch and refunded me the money. I paid for the 10 ticket bundle. It opens a QR code scanning function but when pointed at the code nothing happens.

This app worked perfectly for more than a year, then overnight it stopped being able to connect to its server. However, after contacting customer service at Cicero the problem was resolved and the tickets that I lost when I had to uninstall the app were restored to my account, therefore I changed my rating from one star to 4 : good customer service is a valuable plus. I would only suggest that how to reach customer service for the app would be more transparent.

It says it will send me an SMS message to confirm my registration. No message arrives. Try again? Nope. Again? No. So I can't use Ticket Bus Verona to buy bus tickets in Verona.

Does not work with the USA phone number. It does not send the verification sms code. I could receive the code on a UK phone number, but my credit card gets rejected because I have a US card.
