This app does not bind Users registered in the device with the members in the App. There's no indicator of the battery power of device Wi-Fi Password cannot contain Special Characters Unable to Switch off Door Bell Sound.

Using T9 and T31 Regretted. 1. Synchronized opening sometimes work, sometimes don't. 2. Facial recognition is unstable even with 5 inputs of the same person. 3. Device periodically disconnect and have to set it up again before the app will work. 4. App will sign me out occasionally, and I'll miss all notifications unless I open the app, notice the sign-out and sign in again. Update: After latest update, app kept logging out, and you don't get any notification. Need to log in again.

Was good at first then. Video cannot load on mobile, write feedback but the submit button cannot be clicked. Quite a doggy feel now as don't know how to reach out.
