The management has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. No one is answering the calls, and despite repeated assurances that someone would be arranged, no action has been taken. It has now been 15 days, and one of the managers, Mr. Ashok, has not responded. He previously promised that someone would be sent, but no one has been assigned, and they are still not answering calls.

For a premium brand to have this level of app is pretty bad. Why doesn't it work on tablets? Have to do all config on a small phone screen is bad especially if the place and setup of configs is not very intuitive. Step one bring it to tablets, step two have a web client, step three open to at least Matter standard, step four learn from other apps like to Google home, ...
