This program has really raised the bar for me. I love doing the follow along videos and found I could push myself to be stronger with the reps and set workouts.... The programs is a goal for me, and I'm motivated to finish it. I'm now doing the 90 day fat burn - and my posture really improved! I would love to see more 45 min - hour workouts with same intensity including a 15 min full body stretch that is also with different stretches each day to keep it interesting please please please!

Found them back in the beginning of 2020. Lost 16lbs at one point, but they keep changing up their set-up per se. I rely on the countdown beeps, and you cannot hear them anymore. It was much much much better when it was free. They included full warm-ups and full stretches. Now it is either or. Might just go back to just doing the YouTube workouts.

The app isn't consistent. It allows casts sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I DO NOT LIKE paying for something that does not work consistently. Fix the problem!

Great app but can definitely use some work. 8 wish you could sync the app calendar with my phone calendar. I wish I could play my own music while watching like beach body. I wish you could organize your workouts better, and I wish there was a workout history to see the workouts I've already done, so I'm not always repeating the same ones. Edit : now they've taken my money and denied me access to any of the workouts... This app needs major help...

I love the workouts on YouTube, so I decided to subscribe. I had access to everything including all meal plans yesterday after subscribing and then today when I go to really start investigating them, I have no access. This is 2023, and It looks like these problems were here two years ago. Maybe they are not listening to their subscribers about the issues? I am super bummed, will likely cancel.
