This makes my life much easier. I'm not technically inclined, but once in, it's so much satisfying. Agents are extremely kind and very helpful. Thank you. Ally was very helpful meeting my needs.

This app is HORRIBLE. SO unstable and undependable! Every single month, when I go to pay my rent, It wants me to change my damn password. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. It will never accept the password from the previous month. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!! IT'S EXASPERATING.

This app is horrible and constantly has made me late on rent payments. The dumb rule where they want you to change your password every few months. App sometimes, and god forbid, if you go to their actual website and log in, it tells you that you're not a renter and your account doesn't match. Oh, and add screen rotation for phones. Least you could do for how many times you've made me late with this app. BTW, rents due tomorrow, and your app is crapping out right now. WTH?
★★☆☆☆Robert Lavoie· May 6, 2025
You haven't updated my rent payment history since 03/25 0n the app like it is on the web side. I pay my rent 4/11. I almost thought I didn't pay my rent. What are you doing. That should be top priority.
