How we are expected to pay rent and this app don't work every few months change your password nothing works? And then if you pay late you have a late fee but nothing works on their end. We shouldn't have to pay any late fees at All

This app is horrible. EVERY month I'm locked out of my account I have to keep creating new passwords and when I call in by phone the system doesn't recognize my payment method. I have to get a live rep to constantly fix it. It is also not mobile android friendly, the screen is huge when you finally get in and the action buttons are missing. The app is not letting me adjust the screen correctly in my phone settings to make it congruent. This needs a whole overhaul! Help!
