App seems to work well, just wish for setting up a monitor for the first time it would walk you through how to find the access code... you get it off the monitor interface under the first option (device status, little heart monitor blip symbol) -When calibrating it steps you through applying the gasses, but "remove span gas" at the end should be "reapply zero gas"... This took us a few hours of recalibrating to finally just try it and it worked.

This won't connect to devices!! I have tried to use a Galaxy S8+ and a Galaxy 22 Ultra. Neither phone will connect to devices. It will show you the Bluetooth code to connect, then not connect. This needs to be fixed, ASAP!!

App constantly crashes, won't connect to devices, takes multiple refreshes to find devices. Needs MAJOR Improvements.

Same android issue as explained in another comment. Works perfectly fine on iPhone but used 3 different android device and had the same issue. Connects 1 time then never again. Have to remove the device from you Bluetooth history then re pair. Doesn't always work doing this either.

Looks like I am not the only one having these issues on android. I was setting up a few H2S sensors, the setup and calibration process on the app went very smoothly. But one I had to adjust the Span Value that's when I had an issue. Every time I wanted to adjust the Span the app would freeze and crash. Even after a hard reset on my phone I still had the same issue. Like the idea of the app but the execution is poor on android. On IOS, it works. (LG V60, app and phone on newest software version)
