These leads are managed in the "List Leads" section, where users can view, update, or create new leads as needed. Additionally, users can mark specific leads as priority leads to ensure they receive special attention and follow-up.
In the "User Management" menu, there are dedicated sections for managing both Customers and Employee Admins. Employee Admins are responsible for managing employee records, while Customers represent clients who may have multiple projects. Users also have the ability to create new customer profiles directly within the app. When creating a lead, the app identifies whether it represents a new project for an existing client or a completely new client. If the client already exists, the system avoids duplicating customer entries. However, for leads involving new clients, the app allows users to add them as customers, streamlining the process of expanding the client database.
Once a lead is created, it can be assigned to an employee for follow-up, tracking statuses like "Assigned," "Follow-Up," "Quotation," or "Ordered." The app includes robust employee management capabilities under the "User Management" and "Employee" menus, allowing users to add, update, or delete employee records.
