Update Made a Great App Unusable As a long-time, satisfied member of MS GCU, I have relied on your mobile app for years and found it easy and reliable for all my bill payments. The recent update (as of September 2025) has introduced significant issues that make me worry about the app's basic functionality. The screen now consistently overlaps on my phone, making it impossible to see crucial information. I can no longer confidently check if I have paid a bill. How is Chase's app?

The new major update they had made it super buggy. I have to exit out and log back in EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to use the app. I actually almost closed my account because of all the problems they had. My payroll check was late, a transfer from another member got froze for around 4 days, and I had to pull money from my retirement to not be late on rent that also got blocked by them. This caused me to actually be late on my rent. Even to this day they gaslight me into saying they weren't the issue.
